Co-founder and Director
Russel has extensive international experience working within laboratory and research environments, as well as in environmental consulting projects across Europe and Asia. His strong operational and scientific background enables him to bridge the gap between technical precision and sustainable performance.
As Director, Russel oversees RTR Healthtech’s strategic operations and client partnerships, ensuring every project delivers both measurable environmental impact and commercial value. He is passionate about supporting laboratories and healthtech organisations to achieve carbon reduction goals without compromising efficiency or innovation.
Raphael Mhlanga
Co-founder and Director
Raphael is an experienced environmental consultant and biomedical scientist, recognised for his expertise in developing sustainability strategies that deliver real-world results. Having worked internationally across the environmental and scientific sectors, he brings deep technical understanding and a commitment to data-driven, practical solutions.
As Director, Raphael leads RTR Healthtech’s consulting services and strategic programmes, guiding clients through every stage of their sustainability journey.
