Laboratory Operations Baseline Audit

A complete diagnostic of how the lab spends, procures, disposes and reports. Five named outputs and a costed 12-month action plan. Our lead engagement and the foundation for everything else.

Best for

Labs running their first independent operational review, or labs preparing for a procurement, customer or accreditation cycle.

Carbon, Scope 3 & Reporting Readiness

A defensible Scope 1, 2 and 3 carbon baseline using GHG Protocol and ISO 14064 standards, even when supplier data is incomplete. We focus on data you can stand behind, not the data that is easy to collect.

Labs facing customer questionnaires, NHS Net Zero alignment, ISO 14001 / B Corp requirements, or board / investor reporting.

Bioplastic & Material Substitution Feasibility

A focused feasibility review of plastic, glass and consumable substitution. We assess what is actually available, sterile, validated and cost-comparable — not what is theoretically possible.

Labs under pressure to reduce single-use plastics, or looking to substitute high-volume consumables without compromising workflow.

Behaviour Change & Implementation Support

Atlas Operations Intelligence

Our internal operations intelligence system, available to clients in support of audit, reporting and implementation work. Atlas structures audit data, maps consumables and waste, calculates emissions, compares suppliers and tracks implementation.

Clients running multi-month engagements or progressing into ongoing reporting and monitoring.
